At EATS Kitchen & Bar, holiday feasting lasts 12 full days starting December 12 with daily specialty dishes – all a delicious riff on everyone’s favorite ditty, “The Twelve Days of Christmas.”
It starts with the chef’s version of “A Partridge in a Pear Tree” presented as Roasted Scottish Partridge with an Anjou pear and gorgonzola tart. On day five, “Five Golden Rings,” guests feast on yummy Five Golden Berliner Housemade Donuts with blackberry sauce and chocolate soil. And on the last day “Twelve Drummers Drumming” brings to the plate Grilled Spiced Chicken Wings & Drumsticks with shishito peppers and chile gastrique polished off with Julian Hard Cider.
Menu features rotate daily. Limited quantities of featured dish each day for lunch and dinner.
