Trap Door Fall 2018 Dinner
Trap Door Dining, a dynamic pop-up dinner series held seasonally by chef Kenny Seliger, is continuing in Orange County with its Fall Dinner. Ingredients are locally-sourced and presented in a storytelling manner. Trap Door dinners are meant to bring people together to appreciate thoughtful dishes and good conversation.
Trap Door is partnering with Sauté Magazine to bring a German-inspired menu and wine pairings to the dinner table. The 6-course Fall vegetarian tasting menu will feature seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients. The menu items are all hand-crafted – including such items such as vinegars and accoutrements.
