‘Tis the Season for Citrus!
Many assume that citrus season is in the warmer months, but citrus fruits reach the peak of their season this time of year. Chef Gabbi and team have incorporated these fresh, seasonal ingredients to create new dishes inspired by blood oranges, kumquats, Meyer lemons, and limes. Blood Orange Caipirinha
They have incorporated their love of citrus into their newest cocktail, their Blood Orange Caipirinha. Handcrafted and made with Brazilian Cachaca Rum, fresh blood oranges, fresh lime, house-made mint simple syrup, and served on the rocks. Delicious, refreshing, and tart!
Enjoy as a starter or entree! This ceviche is made fresh with Mediterranean farm raised sea bream, Meyers lemon vinaigrette, avocado foam, blood oranges, Fuji apples, pomegranate, and roasted pistachio.

Tres Leches Cake de Limon
They have taken our classic Tres Leches cake recipe and layered it with house-made Meyers lemon curd, blueberries, and candied Meyers lemon to make a delicious dessert that is the perfect balance of tart and sweet. Be sure to try this seasonal dessert before it’s gone!
