Three-Course Thanksgiving Lunch & Dinner
Just steps from the water, Splashes will offer a three-course Thanksgiving menu with optional wine pairings for family and friends on Thursday, November 22. The festive menu will be available from 12 – 4pm for $85 per person or a later seating is available from 4 – 8pm for $110 per person and wine pairings are an additional $40. Highlight Thanksgiving dishes from the three-course menu include –
- Dungeness crab roulade with walnut dust, poached apple, garlic creme fraiche, and mango
- Caramelized kabocha squash salad with jay leaf kale, shaved pear, pomegranate, pickled onion, goat cheese and pecan vinaigrette
- Roast Diestel Farms turkey with chorizo and chestnut stuffing, grand mariner cranberry sauce, petite asparagus, and lemongrass jus
- Pumpkin tart with cranberry compote, cinnamon meringue and pumpkin gelato
