Celebrate Christmas with Las Brisas’ Christmas Day Dinner, available only on December 25, 2019 from 12pm-10pm. Complete with unmatched views of the Laguna Beach coastline, the landmark restaurant will serve a three-course prix fixe menu, complete with a Corn Mousse Tostada amuse.
Created under the direction of Chef and Executive General Manager Michael Gaines, menu highlights include starters such as the Lobster Salad with persimmon, pomegranate, and vanilla; and Cured Duck Breast with black mission figs, goat cheese mousse, and balsamic vinegar; entrees include Maitake Mushroom Tamale with green chili and Oaxacan queso; and Prime Rib served alongside mole-potato purée and charred scallions. Additionally, guests can order fresh oysters for the table by the dozen and half dozen. Top off the meal with seasonal desserts, including New York Cheesecake, Apple Bread Pudding, and Chocolate Pot de Crème.
Las Brisas’ brunch menu will also be served from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. that day.
