Enjoy Thanksgiving Dinner at Las Brisas’ —because leaving the cooking (and dishes) to the pros is always a great option, especially if it includes an unbeatable ocean view. This year, the restaurant will feature a three-course prix fixe menu, complete with an amuse bouche.
Created under the direction of Chef and Executive General Manager Michael Gaines, menu highlights include starters such as the Lobster Salad with persimmon, pomegranate, frisée, and vanilla; and Cured Duck Breast with black mission figs, goat cheese mousse, and balsamic vinegar; entrees include Chile Rubbed Turkey served alongside green beans, chestnut stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce; and Petit Filet of Beef with potato purée, green bean tempura, and chimichurri, with a lobster add option. Guests can top off the meal with seasonal desserts, including Pumpkin Cheesecake, Apple Bread Pudding, and Chocolate Pot de Crème.
