The holidays are just around the corner, and it’s time to sharpen your carving knives along with your classic cooking skills. Michael Puglisi and Richard Lu, of Electric City Butcher, will show how to host a successful holiday dinner.
Learn from your local butcher how to brine, carve and roast the perfect turkey, make a quick gravy, and some of ECB’s favorite holiday sides. Included in the demonstration is a six-dish meal, wine, as well as ECB’s famous charcuterie.
