The Premier Waterfront Destination in Redondo Beach Offers a Three-Course Approachable Prix Fixe Thanksgiving Menu
Sea Level, the new popular waterfront dining destination located on the grounds of the newly opened luxury boutique Shade Hotel, is offering guests an enticing three-course Thanksgiving menu on Thursday, November 24 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the prix fixe price of $49 per person. Reservations are encouraged.
The menu, crafted by Chef Aaron Robbins, will feature a tantalizing twist on traditional holiday favorites and consist of three indulgent courses: Wild Arugula Salad with Roasted Butternut Squash, Crispy Goat Cheese, Bourbon Infused Dried Cranberry, with Spicy Vinaigrette; followed by Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Roasted Almond-Currant Stuffing, Sweet Potato Puree, Orange Infused Cranberry Sauce, Turkey Gravy, Haricot Verts, and Crispy Shallots. Rounding out the meal is a decadent Pumpkin Cheesecake with Pepita Crumble, Salted Caramel and Vanilla Ice Cream.
