We again used the classic Westmalle Trappist yeast in this dark Belgian-style ale. Deep amber in color, medium to full-bodied, with a complex malt character (seven different malts plus candy sugar). Biscuity and slightly fruity, with a pleasantly dry and spicy finish.THIRD COURSE
