World Champion Pastry Chef Stéphane Tréand will construct a magnificent sugar art sculpted showpiece live on the Main Stage. The 2017 showpiece theme will be “Farm Fresh Fun Comes to Sugar.” Watch him create his masterpiece July 30th at 5PM
Stéphane Tréand brings a part of France to Orange County through his pâtisserie (pastry) shop, ST Pâtisserie Chocolat with his pastries, chocolates, viennoiserie (baked goods such as croissants), and gelato/sorbet.
