Seafood for the Future and Great-Taste Magazine will be hosting a luncheon at Wildfish Seafood Grille 1370 Bison Ave, Newport Beach, 92660. The event will take place between 1:30 – 4:30 pm. All chefs are welcome to bring an industry guest or fellow chef.
The idea behind these events is to bring together chefs who are interested in learning more about sustainable seafood, what species to serve and most importantly how to source these products. Wines by The Organic Cellar.
