This Easter, allow Sapphire Laguna to prepare a memorable brunch for you to enjoy surrounded by the company of your loved ones. Sapphire Laguna’s Easter Brunch menu features a gourmet three-course meal offering a variety of comfort foods infused with Chef Azmin Ghahreman’s International flair.
Brunch will be served on Sunday, April 8 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for $42 per person.
* Children ages 12 and older can enjoy a half portion three-course meal for $21 and the youngsters ages 5 to 12 can order from Sapphire’s popular Kids Brunch menu.

The Easter Brunch Menu begins with a Poached Jumbo Shrimp and Thai Green Papaya Salad. For the Main Course, Chef Azmin will offer a variety of entree selections, each featuring the best ingredients that the spring-season has to offer.**

For the perfect ending to an Easter feast, the brunch will conclude with an array of desserts to choose from, including Meyer Lemon Panna Cotta, Chocolate-Almond Torte or Spiced Carrot Cake.
