Join Observatory North Park to enjoy homebrews and support the children of Jefferson Elementary School at the San Diego Homebrew Festival and Competition! The event will be held on November 15th from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 2896 North Park Way, behind Observatory North Park.
Guests are invited to enjoy unlimited tastes from 30 homebrewers and five North Park area breweries. The festivities continue with homebrewing panel discussions, wood-fired eats from Red Oven Pizza and a chance to win prizes in the Tornado Money Machine. George Thornton, from The Homebrewer, is coordinating certified judges and panel discussion leaders. Prizes for the three best homebrews will be awarded by The Homebrew and Waypoint Public.
All proceeds will fund school enrichment programs, afterschool clubs and other necessities at Jefferson Elementary School, located in the heart of North Park. The event is organized by a grassroots parent group, Friends of Jefferson, and sponsored by OBR Architecture, Waypoint Public and Observatory North Park.
