The Cellar’s kitchen has created a four course menu filled with seanonal and fresh ingredients that will surely fill the belly and heart of the special person in your life. 1st Date

Duo jumbo scallops seared in polenta crust pared over a leek saffron bouillon


Portobello mushroom stuffed with artichoke spinach flortine

baked in a gruyere béchamel sauce finished with classic béarnaise

2nd Date

Velvety soup of brie and crab topped with citrus shaved fennel


Herb goat cheese mousse with tuile cracker over mesclun mix with candied walnuts

and edible orchid flowers perfumed with creamy blackberry vinaigrette


Petite 6 oz filet topped with strawberry-lavender demi, over jumbo ravioli s stuffed with a button mushroom duxelle


Broiled king salmon over dill parmesan risotto finished with a ginger-orange beur blanc


Jadori chicken breast stuffed with fresh dates, prosciutto and brie cheese

over a Yukon gold puree pared with a chardonnay pan cream au jus


Roasted chestnut soufflé pared with a dark chocolate anglaise
