Regional Week is an opportunity for our chef teams to dive deep into the traditional cooking of Italy’s diverse regional cuisines.
During the week, guests are able to experience the culinary specialties and wine varietals that define the regions throughout Italy. Guests can choose to taste a la carte or enjoy as a three-course meal.
