The first course offers the choice of Wild Mushroom Ravioli with pesto sauce or Seared Scallops with boniato puree and balsamic glaze. The second course includes Roasted Squash Soup or Arugula and Watercress Salad. The Main Course includes the Sir Winston’s Beef Wellington served with truffle mashed potatoes, haricot verts, cipollini onions and glace de viande, Miso Glazed Chilean Sea bass with lemon risotto, crispy enoki, miso glace and a mushroom broth, Chicken Florentine with sautéed spinach, roasted red bliss potatoes topped with béchamel sauce or the Vegetable Wellington with roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables. Complete the meal with dessert options including the Red Berry Mascarpone with peach coulis and peppermint chantilly cream or the Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch topped with chocolate ganache and berry compote.
