Adia is a pop-up dining experience currently located in Costa Mesa, California, and is being hosted by The Hood Kitchen Space. Karlo Evaristo and Jared Ventura have designed a dining experience that revolves around the bounty of SoCal. Beverage program is masterfully created by Brad Fry.
Growing up on opposite sides of the globe, the menu is a mix of flavors and influences from two different childhood memories and cultural backgrounds.
