Charlie Palmer will be teaching a cooking class about poaching. Poaching is a quick and healthy way to prepare meals for today’s busy lifestyles. Poaching is simply submerging an item in a liquid or “bouillon” that is barely simmering, which determines the item’s flavor. The surface of the liquid should be just “shivering” as the French say. %75 per person, limit to 40 participants.
