Join Electric City Butcher for another first, their Beef 102: Forequarter Workshop. Their whole animal butchers will break down a Stemple Creek forequarter using the seam butchery technique. They will also teach you all about the ribeye, brisket, chuck, short rib and more. Each student goes home with an ECB Butcher Bag and a full belly of food and drink
Because of the large, complex nature of beef butchery, this class is less hands-on than most of our 100 series courses, however, students will learn basic knife skills, practice roast-trussing, and take home some meat. As with all of their classes, each participant receives 10% off any in-store purchases, and a 10% off coupon for their next visit.
To celebrate our evening of learning, refreshments are always served at the end of the night.
Public parking is available in the Bush Avenue Parking Structure (at 4th Street). Metered parking is available along 4th Street.

If you can’t make it, please let them know 72 hours before class starts. Due to popular demand, class registrations are non-refundable, but you can always transfer your ticket to a different date or attendee. Any late cancelations (after 72 hours) get 50% of the registration fee in store credit.
