This year, Chef Rick Moonen of rm seafood and Chef Andre Rochat are planning a wonderful evening beginning with a cocktail reception and auction preview at 5 p.m. and a dinner featuring recipes prepared from the Palladin’s legendary book, “Cooking with the Seasons” at 6 p.m.
Tickets are $295/person. Proceeds benefit the Jean-Louis Palladin Fund of the James Beard Foundation.
