At the scenic The Ritz Prime Seafood, diners are invited to celebrate their last meal of 2016 by enjoying Chef George Neyra’s tempting New Year’s Eve prix fixe tasting menus. During the First Seating Five-Course Dinner, guests will start with Lobster Salad and then dine on Trofie Pasta with baby artichokes, burrata and Burgundy truffle. The Third Course is Hamachi Crudo with pickled green papaya and the Fourth Course offers a choice of Herb Stuffed Jidori Chicken Breast, Wagyu NY Strip with bordelaise sauce or Maine Lobster Pot Pie – all with creative accompaniments. A choice of Chocolate Tart or White Chocolate Panna Cotta rounds out the celebratory meal.
