Executive Chef Craig Brady will offer celebratory dishes, including West Coast Oysters with thomcord grape mignonette, tarragon and horseradish cream foam; Prime Filet with porcini soubise, sauce périgueux, chanterelle, baby carrots and pearl onion; and Spiced Chocolate Pot De Créme with chantilly cream, candied orange zest and chocolate tuille.
