New Year’s Day Carving Station features Prime Rib of Beef with sweet garlic demi glace, creamed horseradish and buttery brioche.
Holiday Entrées include a selection of Lobster Eggs Benedict with guajillo hollandaise sauce, applewood smoked bacon and caramelized sweet plantains; Pan-Roasted Fillet of Salmon with pomegranate butter sauce; Herbed Crusted Rack of Lamb with rosemary port reduction; Game Hen with gordo beans succotash and chipotle orange glaze, roasted cauliflower, candied bacon and tomato marmalade, and roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
