Farmer Boys, the fast-casual concept known for serving award-winning burgers, made-from-scratch breakfast served all day, hand-chopped salads and specialty sandwiches, has introduced two menu items featuring Portabella mushrooms for a limited time. Available now, the Portabella & Swiss Burger features a 100% fresh USDA beef patty, topped with grilled Portabella mushrooms and cheese on a seeded bun, and the Portabella & Swiss Omelet is made with 3 fresh cage-free California eggs, and served with toast and a choice of hashbrowns, sliced tomatoes, or fruit.
Farmer Boys offers a fresh take on fast-casual with their expansive menu of dishes prepared with quality ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible. Consistent with Farmer Boys’ commitment to using farm fresh ingredients, the Portabella mushrooms used are whole and fresh – not canned – and grilled to order. The Portabella mushroom menu items are available at all Farmer Boys restaurants for a limited time.
