National Truffle Day Dinner at Chianina Steakhouse
In honor of National Truffle Day on May 2nd, Chianina Steakhouse is offering a one-of-a-kind, truffle-infused, seasonal dinner that will be available for one night only.
First course: Farm lot 59 artichoke with Yukon potatoes, grana cheese, and black truffle
Second course: Foie gras terrine with asparagus, rhubarb, and black truffle
Third course: English pea agnolotti with spring onion and fresh-shaved black truffle
Fourth course: Sous vide 56-hour Chianina short rib with matsutake mushroom, gnocchi, and truffled bordelaise
Fifth course: Chocolate truffle with berries and truffle honey
