Celebrate Mom, the Winery Way! Chef Yvon Goetz is honoring that special woman in your life with a Mother’s Day Meal available for curbside pick-up at The Winery Restaurant and Wine Bar.
The meal begins with a Classic Caesar Salad with cherry tomatoes and garlic croutons, and then guests will be able to indulge in a Roasted Beef Tenderloin Chateaubriand and Chilean Seabass “A la Plancha” with Champagne-Lemon Verbena Butter. The dinner includes Grilled Green Asparagus & Rosemary Roasted DYPs, as well as a Salted Caramel Brownie with Vanilla Bean Chantilly.
Guests have the option to add to the meal with dishes like Chilled Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with black pepper vodka sauce ($24.95), Roasted Brussels Sprouts with sundried tomatoes ($10), White Cheddar-Truffle Mac & Cheese ($10), and Ahi Tuna Poke with seaweed salad, cucumber, avocado and taro chips ($16.95).
