Join Fuego at Hotel Maya for a Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch on Sunday, May 12 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Fuego will also present live Latin music with a special vocalist at the water’s edge.
During brunch guests can enjoy face-painting and an interactive children’s arts and crafts area.
Executive Chef Victor Juarez has prepared a scrumptious meal that starts with sensational salads like: Chopped Romaine with Caesar dressing and focaccia croutons, Brussels sprouts with bacon, red onion and sweet soy dressing, Quinoa with dried fruits, pecans, parsley and red wine vinegarette and there’s more!
Mother’s Day entrées include a choice of Fuego Eggs Benedict with spinach, applewood smoked bacon and hollandaise; Yucatán Beef Barbacoa with adobo braised prime short rib; Grilled Chicken with fired roasted harissa sauce; or Seared Fillet of Salmon with pomegranate barbeque; along with Garlic Cream Spinach with fried chili crumbled tortilla; and Champagne Risotto.
This brunch will include a taco station, carving station, and a specialty station for Omelets and Waffles.
Fuego’s Mother Day Brunch cost $85.00 per person and $35.00 for children 12 and under.
