Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch
It’s a champagne brunch celebration for mom on Mother’s Day in Fuego at Hotel Maya on Sunday, May 13 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Fuego will also present live Latin music with a special guest female vocalist at the water’s edge.
Hotel Maya and Fuego Mother’s Day Brunch guests will also enjoy an interactive children’s arts and crafts area and face painting fun.
For Mother’s Day Brunch, Executive Chef Victor Juarez has prepared a delicious meal that begins with sensational Salads featuring Spring Fuego Green Salad; Chopped Romaine with Tijuana Caesar dressing; Brussels Sprouts with bacon, red onion and sweet soy dressing; Quinoa with dried fruits, pecans, parsley and red wine vinaigrette; Spring Kale and Berries with broken raspberry vinaigrette; and Roasted Beets Salad with pepper escabeche, pepitas and goat cheese.
Mother’s Day Entrées include a choice of Fuego Eggs Benedict with spinach, applewood smoked bacon and hollandaise; Grilled New York Steak with red chimichurri, pepper escabeche, and cotija; Yucatán Beef Barbacoa with adobo braised short prime rib; Seared Fillet of Salmon with orange chipotle glaze; or Fuego Chili Rubbed Boneless Chicken Breast; along with Spinach Mushroom Risotto and Spring Roasted Vegetables.
Delicious desserts include a selection of miniatures with crème Brûlée, chocolate decadence, chocolate éclairs, fruit tarts, grand marnier cream puffs, along with assorted mini cheesecakes, Mexican caramel flan, pineapple upside down cake, chocolate dip macaroons, tres leches cake and chocolate covered strawberries.
Fuego Mother’s Day Brunch costs $82.00 per adult and children, 13 and older; $27.00 for children, 12 and under; kids 5 and under feast for free; plus tax and gratuity.
