Mother of a Sauce Cooking Class – Surfas – Costa Mesa

Our Chef Instructor will share fundamentals for preparing a variety of professional sauces, including classic mother sauces and more. You will make a traditional bÃ©chamel sauce, creamy crÃ¨me anglaise, rich romesco, and a twist on a hollandaise and beurre blanc sauce. You will also learn how to sear scallops, grill steak, and make ice cream from scratch.
