Puesto Mexican Artisan Kitchen & Bar will bring the authentic flavors and culture of Oaxaca to Orange County, as it presents Mole & Mezcal on Wednesday, May 1 at Puesto Park Place.
Puesto founding Executive Chef Luisteen Gonzales and Executive Creative Chef Katy Smith will present a special four-course prix-fixe dinner menu from 5 p.m. to close created in conjunction with two internationally acclaimed Oaxacan Chefs, Olga Cabrera from Casa del Sol and Aurora Toledo from Restaurante Zandunga.
Dinner costs $30 per person. Those interested will also have the option to partake Puesto’s full bar offerings or a special paired beverage menu for an additional $20.
