Kicking off its Mayan fall festivities, Hotel Maya presents the first of three complimentary Mayan Dinner Shows in Fuego featuring -ldquo;The Dance of Ancient Mexico-rdquo; with -ldquo;Copali-Copili-rdquo; dance troupe on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at Hotel Maya – a DoubleTree by Hilton in Long Beach, Calif. -ldquo;The Sounds of Ancient Mexico-rdquo; begins the two-hour show that also features an ancient Mayan fare tour of Latin America by Fuego Executive Chef Victor Juarez including a delicious Chile Relleno Blanco, Cocoa Chili En-Crusted Venison, Tikin-Xic, Yucatecan Style Achiote Rubbed Mexican Sea Bass, and a scrumptious Mayan dessert, Torta del Cielo, or Heavenly Cake. The Mayan Dinner Shows are at 7 p.m. each Wednesday, Oct. 10 and Nov. 14.
