Executive ChefMichael Doctulero will create two cultural dishes to highlight the New Year in puregourmet form and creativity:
Fire-roasted Dungeness Crab with garlic and sambal chili and Seared Whole Gulf Shrimp with sweet peppers anda black bean sauce.
