The critically acclaimed Italian restaurant has arranged with the City of Long Beach to open a valet station on First Street right outside its doors so that guests may escape the frenzy associated with the annual New Year ‘ Eve celebration, which is expected to draw some 20,000 attendees. Executive Chef Walter Cotta has developed a special New Year’ Eve menu as well as a prix fixe 5-course menu for $85, available throughout the entire evening.
