Easter Celebration at The Montage Hotel’s Loft
The Loft Brunch will be served early for those who want to get their full day started with delicious food served overlooking the ocean in a bright comfortable room, and it continues until 3 p.m. This special seasonal à la carte menu offers to begin with California Avocado Toast with hard-cooked egg, cherry tomatoes and arugula; Smoked Salmon Rillette with toasted bagel, whipped boursin, red onion, avocado and heirloom tomato; Organic Mixed Greens with orange-lavender dressing; or Burrata and Speck Ham with cantaloupe, sweet peas, pea shoots and mint. There will be Pan Breads like Brioche French Toast and Apple and Mascarpone Crèpes with vanilla-bourbon caramel and Eggs such as Maryland Crab Cake Benedict with fingerling potatoes and chipotle hollandaise. Easter Features include Lamb Osso Bucco with spring pea risotto; Grilled Chicken and Brie Panini; and Pan-Seared Salmon with pickled ramps, morel mushrooms and asparagus-English pea nage. Easter Desserts offers Pear Blackberry Crisp, Profiteroles and more.
