After a successful inaugural Beer Dinner last month, Del Frisco’s Grille at Irvine Spectrum is hosting a second evening of food and brews with Left Coast Brewing Co. of San Clemente on Monday, April 27 at 6 pm. The cost is $35 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, and includes four-courses with a quartet of beer pairings.
For more than a decade, Left Coast has been brewing its surf-inspired beer from its San Clemente headquarters. Many of its brews are named for local surf locations, such as Trestles, The Wedge and Del Mar Street.
Shawn Hadjis, whose family founded Left Coast, will guide guests through the various flavors and flavor profiles while Executive Chef Sarah Daniels will provide a brief overview of the courses she’s created to complement the beer selection.

“Our first Beer Dinner was extremely well received,” says Katie Pavkov, general manager for Del Frisco’s Grille at Irvine Spectrum. “We’re very pleased to be partnering with a local brewery. Chef Sarah Daniels has created an innovative menu to complement the flavors of Left Coast. It should be a great culinary evening.”
