Simon LA, along with the people at Learn About Wine, will be offering a unique dining experience in which Kerry Simon will demonstrate how to prepare several of his signature ahi tuna recipes, while vintners explain which wine pairings go best and why. Following the class, Chef Simon will be in attendance autographing booklets for all of his fans. The menu will include Mini Tuna Sliders, Ahi Tuna Crudo, Pan Seared Ahi Tuna and a Grand Marnier Souffl for dessert.
