Following the course of the famous Tour de France, we will be preparing for you a set of regional menus. Through the month of July, three groups of 7 stages will be illustrated with a menu and their specialties.
-From Rotterdam to Gueugnon, mostly flat stages through Belgium and Champagne with Menu #1
-From Tournus to Rodez, serious mountain stages through Jura, Alpes and Massif Central with Menu #2
-From Revel to Paris, more mountain stages through the Pyrennees, then Bordeaux and Paris Champs Elysees with Menu #3
