Antipasto- Tonno (Seared tuna loin, tonnato sauce, capers) with 2016 Rosso di Montalcino
1st course- Pici con Coniglio (Hand-rolled spaghetti, braised rabbit, leg ragú) with 2013 Brunello di Montalcino
2nd course- Scaloppine D’anatra (Liberty farms duck scaloppini, farro, cherry sauce) with 2014 Sangiovese “Birba”
3rd course/Dessert- Dolcetti Della Casa (variety of house-made sweets.)
