Guests can start at the Bloody Mary Bar and savor the iconic Ritz Egg with smoked salmon and caviar, a Crab & Hamachi Roll, Tempura Veggie Roll, a Create-your-own Ritz Seafood Tower and more. Special Easter Brunch entrees include Egg White Omelette, Lobster Benedict, Brioche French Toast, Short Rib Hash & Eggs, Smoked Salmon Benedict and Ritzy Bison Burger with foie gras, shishito aioli and onion marmalade. Heartier seafood, chicken, steaks and chops are also available as well as satisfying sides and salads such as Jidori Chicken Chopped Salad and The Ritz Seafood Salad with green goddess dressing. Sweets include Sticky Toffee Pudding, Chocolate Flourless Cake and an eight-layer Coconut Cake.
