TAPS Fish House & Brewery, in conjunction with Pavilions, will present a spectacular JUSTIN wine dinner on Thursday, July 13 at 7 p.m. Host Justin Baldwin, founder of Paso Robles-based JUSTIN Vineyard and Winery, will take guests on a five-course journey of delicious cuisine expertly paired with Justin wines. The menu begins with torched albacore salad with 2016 rosé, followed by fennel crusted wild-caught moonfish with 2016 sauvignon blanc. Next, enjoy lemon-thyme roasted Duroc pork tenderloin paired with 2014 Justification, then sanshō peppercorn grilled prime strip loin with 2015 cabernet sauvignon.
