Executive Chef Brian Sundeen and his team will present an evening of fresh seafood. Additionally, a cheesemaker will hand select cheese, as well as educate guests about different cheeses and how to incorporate them into a menu. A selection of wines will complement the evening. Join us for a culinary celebration of seasonal cuisine prepared in an outdoor kitchen where the chefs will engage and interact with guests as they prepare the specialties of the evening.
