This spring, embark upon a culinary journey of Italy at one of the Top 50 Italian restaurants in the U.S. In April, we begin in Northern Italy to taste the flavors of Lombardia and Piemonte. In May, we’ll take your palate to Venezia on the eastern Adriatic coast. During the month of June, your taste buds will travel to Bologna (known as the belly button of Italy), Parma and Firenze. All regional dishes along the way are paired with sommelier-selected wines.
