Sapphire Laguna’s Weekend Brunch got a little Irish inspiration with some items featured below, in addition to their already robust Weekend Brunch menu.
- A Study of Eggs Benedict – Canadian Bacon, Poached Egg, English Muffin, Hollandaise Sauce; Corned Beef Hash, Pico de Gallo, Potato Straws
- Beer Battered Fish and Chips – Fresh Local Catch, House Made Tartar Sauce
- Mint and Chip Pancakes – Dark Chocolate Chips, Crème de Mint Marshmallow, Vanilla Cookie Crumble
Also, on Sunday for brunch and dinner, Sapphire will be offering classic Corned Beef and Cabbage with Red Potatoes and Horseradish-Mustard Sauce.
