Culinary Institute of America’s 9 week “2012 Wine Immersion I” courses bring a wealth of wine expertise to any industry professional’s repertoire. The courses span from July 30 to September 5, culminating in the Certified Wine Professional Exam on September 7. Scholarships are available.
