The courses are as follows:
Tray Passes- Grilled Mango, Spinach, Burrata, Prosciutto, Balsamic Reduction, Thin Slices of Calamari, Orange Bell Pepper, Shallops, Vinaigrette, Onion Sprouts, and Toasted Almonds. Paired with Hess Napa Valley Allomi Chardonnay, 2018.
First Course- Wild Baby Arugala, White Wine Vinaigrette, Sauteed Mushrooms, Tempora Mushroom, Blood Orange Segments, Feta. Paired with Hess Napa Valley Allomi Pinot Noir, 2018.
Second Course- Pan Seared Duck Breast, Roasted Grapes, Brussel Sprouts, Port Wine Thyme Reduction. Paired with Hess Collection Lion Tamer Cabernet Sauvignon, 2017.
Third Course- Braised Short Rib, Fennel Mashed Potatoes, Sauteed Broccolini. Paired with Hess Nappa Valley Allomi Cabernet Sauvignon, 2017.
Fourth Course- Tart Shell, Brushed with Chocolate, Fresh Raspberries, Creme Brulee; Creme Anglaise, Blueberry Sause. Paired with Library Wine: Hess Collection Mount Veeder Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, 2012.
