Del Frisco’s Grille at Irvine Spectrum pours on a local vibe with its monthly Beer Dinner Series featuring LA’s Golden Road Brewing on Monday, June 29 at 6pm. The cost is $35 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, and includes four-courses with a quartet of beer pairings. Seating is limited; must be 21 and older.

with goat cheese, prosciutto, tarragon and mint vinaigrette
with mortadella, taleggio cheese, and grilled Anaheim peppers

‘What makes our Beer Dinners so popular is they’re priced very well,’ said Katie Pavkov, general manager for Del Frisco’s Grille at Irvine Spectrum. ‘We want our guests to learn as much about food and beer pairing during the evening, but keep it affordable. It’s a fun, communal evening for both the beer novice and enthusiast.’
