Gluten & Grain-Free Baking Class

Join Kelly Solorzano of Live Well This Life as she shows you how to transform traditional treats into gluten-free, grain-free, and sprouted goodies. Kelly has a method of taking traditional recipes and replacing highly refined flours and sweeteners with nutrient-dense ingredients that fit into a healthy lifestyle. She will demonstrate how to incorporate sprouted flours and gluten-free flours like coconut flour, almond flour, pumpkin seed flour, and arrowroot flour without compromising the texture and taste! Light refreshments will be served.
Class Fees: $35 (includes yummy gluten-free treats to take home)
Must be 16 years of age or older to attend
There is a $5 cancellation fee if you would like to cancel your spot more than 48 hours prior to the start of class. There will be NO REFUNDS given for cancellations within 48 hours of the start of class.
Please note that you must be a MEMBER in order to purchase products and participate in classes at Fermentation Farm. Anyone interested in attending who is not currently a member may purchase a membership the night of the class.
