Glow Lounge housed at the Marriott Marina del Rey has teamed up with Whisky connoisseur Johnnie Mundell, West Coast Ambassador of Skyy Spirits to curate a 5-course dinner menu in which each dish is paired with a different Single Malt Scotch Whisky that derive from distilleries world-wide. At $75.00 a head – Executive Chef, Chad Roldan and his culinary team will be preparing the meal in an outdoor kitchen table side providing diners with experience and an understanding of each Single Malt Scotch Whisky on Thursday, December 8th starting at 7:00pm.
