September 9th & 10th Chef de Cuisine Francisco Simón collaborates with Chef Matthew Neele of Michelin star Wallse to present a special Chef’s Tasting Menu as part of the resort’s Global Cuisine Series. For over two decades Wallse located in New York City has been serving authentic Viennese classics with a contemporary flair and Chef Neele will present several of the Austrian restaurant recipes on the seven-course menu. Chef Neele is currently the chef of Wallse and helped open up Wallse Next Door. His culinary background includes working at world-renowned restaurants including Noma, Eleven Madison Park, and Corton. He also runs his own food, art and restaurant consultancy, Ôrkid.
