Fuego salutes dads on their special day with a delicious Father’s Day Barbecue Brunch, $3 Tecate beer specials and hip, soulful sounds of live Latin jazz that’s all set to spectacular views of the downtown skyline, Queen Mary and Pacific Ocean onSunday, June 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Executive Chef Victor Juarez has created a delicious Father’s Day Champagne and Barbecue Brunch starting withSalads featuring Maya Cobb Salad with iceberg lettuce, turkey breast, black beans, corn, tomato, avocado and blue cheese dressing; Potato Salad with egg, chives and smoked bacon dressing; Classic Caesar Salad with tortilla strips and parmesan cheese; Grilled Corn Salad with black beans, peppers, fresh herbs and vinaigrette; and Crab Louis Salad.

Fuego specialty Platters and Displays include Classic Cheeses & Charcuterie Station; Antipasto with roasted vegetables, olives, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes; Caprese Display with heirloom tomatoes, Buffalo mozzarella, basil and balsamic reduction; Smoked Salmon with mini bagels and traditional condiments; Chilled Seafood with shrimp, crab claws, oysters and marinated mussels; Ceviche featuring scallops, mahi-mahi and steamed shrimp; and Exotic Fresh Fruit, Melon and Seasonal Berries.

The Father’s Day Omelet Station features omelets made to order with an assortment of vegetables, meat and cheeses along with Eggs Benedict, Smoked Bacon and Sausage.

Fuego’s Fiesta Taco Station serves Hand Made Tacos featuring tequila lime chicken, cilantro jalapeno skirt steak and California fish as well as Pupusas with meat or cheese.

Fuego Father’s Day Champagne and Barbecue Brunch features a Hot Entree,ordered from the server, and includesTri Tip with chipotle barbecue sauce; Grilled Lamb Chops with herb cous cous and red chimichurri; Seared Salmon with ancho chili and honey glazed; Pork Ribs with agave and jalapeno glaze; Pollo a la Plancha with chili rubbed chicken breast, sofrito, saffron and pepper escabeche; Sausage Ravioli with tomato broth; and Yukon roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Delicious Father’s Day Desserts and Bread include an assortment of breads, rolls, croissants, Danish, lavosh and bread sticks along with cakes, tortes, pies, mousse, tarts, cookies and petit fours.
